    Employee Info & Forms

Prior to your booking, you‘ll receive a complete information packet for your project, containing all necessary venue information, the project/show rundown, work schedules, crew chiefs, contact information, Federal W4 and I9 forms, and Event Engineering Employee Rules & Regulations. You are required to read and accept the Terms of Employment set down in the EE Employee Rules & Regulations. Acceptance of employment with Event Engineering will constitute acceptance of Event Engineering’s Terms of Employment.
